The deal, in plain words.

A personal assistant made of software. She reads what you connect, notices things, drafts, and acts for you inside the limits you set in the app. She is early, and she will sometimes be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it.

• Connect only accounts that are yours, or that you are allowed to use this way.
• Keep your phone and your sign in to the app safe. Whoever holds them can talk to her as you.
• Do not use her to break the law, harm anyone, send spam, or get around the rules of a service you connect.
• You are responsible for what you tell her to do, and for anything you approve.

Anything past the setting you chose for it. She asks before she sends in your name, changes something on a service you connected, or spends money, unless you moved that setting up yourself. She never adds a new payee, goes over your spending cap, deletes your data, or changes her own settings.

You own what you connect and what you tell her. You let us process it only to run Averil for you. We do not sell it or train models on it.

Free is free. A paid plan is billed monthly at the price shown when you choose it, and you can cancel any time; it runs to the end of the month you paid for. We will tell you before a price changes, and never take away something you already rely on and charge you to get it back.

Averil is provided as it is. We work hard to keep her right and running, but we do not guarantee she will be either, and services you connect can change or stop working with her. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Stop whenever you like, and delete everything from Settings as you go. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. If we ever shut Averil down, you will hear first and have time to take your things.
